I built the AI Maturity Assessment Equifax's CFO called a corporate priority. I led the team behind Mailchimp's largest price increase. Now I do that same kind of work for a landscaping crew, one property at a time.

My body is the vehicle for joy and presence. I want to hike mountains with my kids in thirty years, so movement matters now.

Calm is not my default. Movement, mindfulness, music, and perspective help me interrupt the spiral and fall forward.

I want to be a community connector—lifting others, sharing what I know, and building teams where people can do their best work.
